This knife is crafted with great precision and respect for traditional craftsmanship. The handle is composed of carefully selected materials and built around a bolster of damascus steel, mounted to the blade with two small Torx screws. This provides a precise and stable connection between handle and blade. A pommel, also made of damascus steel, completes the handle and creates a balanced overall impression. Between the bolster and the stabilized poplar, tin spacers are inserted, adding a subtle metallic contrast and a beautiful transition between the materials.

The blade is ground from carbon damascus, displaying the characteristic pattern of the layered forging technique. The carbon steel offers excellent cutting ability and durability, but it is not stainless and therefore requires some maintenance – in return, it develops a beautiful and personal patina over time.

The sheath is made from raw edge leather with a textured surface, providing a rustic and honest appearance. The natural structure and untreated character of the leather complement the knife’s materials and handmade aesthetic.

The knife measures 110 mm in handle length and 120 mm in blade length – a classic and well-balanced size that fits naturally in the hand, suitable both for use and as an expression of solid Nordic knife craftsmanship.
