This knife combines natural materials and classic craftsmanship in a simple and harmonious expression. The handle is made from stabilized poplar burl and white mammoth ivory. The combination creates a beautiful contrast between the organic and the fossil, without the use of inlays, resulting in a clean and uninterrupted design that emphasizes the natural textures and nuances of the materials.
The blade is ground from carbon damascus and features a prominent feather pattern, created using traditional forging techniques. The pattern highlights the blade as a unique piece of work while providing a lively expression that reflects meticulous craftsmanship. The carbon steel ensures a sharp and durable edge, requiring minimal maintenance while rewarding the user with long-lasting precision.
The sheath is made from dyed, hardened leather and decorated with carved and embossed patterns in Nordic Viking style. The design is historically inspired and completes the knife’s character with respect for Nordic tradition and craftsmanship heritage.
The handle measures 120 mm, and the blade is 97 mm long – a functional and well-balanced size that sits comfortably in the hand and is suitable both for use and collection.
