An exclusive handmade knife – a rare combination of noble natural materials and historic steel, full of character and story.

Handle:
The handle is crafted from stabilized amboina – a tropical wood known for its deep color and vibrant grain structure. Complementing this is walrus ivory, a rare and beautiful natural material with soft color transitions and remarkable density. The meeting of the two materials is highlighted with matte bronze inlays, adding warmth and refined balance. A seamless composition of texture, color, and feel.

Blade:
The blade is ground from carbon damascus – Balbach DSC® Carbon – a damascus steel with a lively pattern and excellent cutting performance. What makes this blade unique is that the steel is forged from recycled materials sourced from the barrel of a Leopard II tank and ball bearing steel. This provides both technical strength and historical depth – a story embedded in the layers and pattern of the steel.

Sheath:
The knife comes with a custom-made sheath of dyed, hardened leather. The sheath is decorated with a carved and embossed acanthus pattern – a classic design rooted in traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship. The closure features a button made from walrus ivory, reflecting the handle’s material choice and completing the overall expression.
