Handmade Knife with Stabilized Chestnut and Nordic Design

This knife is a meticulously crafted piece of workmanship, where both materials and design have been carefully selected with attention to quality, tradition, and durability.

Handle:
The handle is made from stabilized chestnut with inlaid details in Elforyn Supertusk – a modern and durable material resembling ivory – and finished with matte tin inlays, giving the knife a calm and balanced expression. The beautiful combination not only provides a visually striking result but also a comfortable feel in the hand.

Blade:
The blade is ground from stainless D2 steel, known for its strength, sharpness, and resistance to corrosion. With a blade length of 120 mm and a total length of 225 mm, the knife is suitable for outdoor use, collecting, and as a reliable everyday tool.

Sheath:
The sheath is made from dyed, hardened leather and decorated with carved and embossed patterns inspired by Nordic Viking culture. As a special detail, the sheath’s closure button is made from genuine mammoth ivory – an ancient material that adds both character and historical depth to the knife.

This is not just a functional knife but a traditional tool that honors the materials, functionality, and the Nordic craftsmanship aesthetic.
