Handmade Knife – A Unique Piece of Traditional Craftsmanship

This handmade knife has been created with deep respect for traditional knife-making craftsmanship, where beautiful natural materials meet skilled workmanship and careful attention to detail.

The handle is crafted from stabilized curly birch (Masur birch), featuring a rich and distinctive grain pattern. The beautiful wood is combined with white mammoth tusk ivory that is more than 10,000 years old. This extraordinary natural material carries a history from a distant prehistoric past, giving the knife an exclusive and timeless character. Inlays of satin-finished pewter create elegant transitions between the materials and emphasize the harmonious shape of the handle.

The blade is carefully ground from stainless Damasteel, a modern Damascus steel that combines excellent functional properties with a beautiful and distinctive pattern. The flowing lines of the steel give each blade its own unique appearance.

The sheath is handmade from hardened, compressed leather and decorated with an intricate dragon motif in Viking style. The design has been carefully carved and embossed into the leather, drawing inspiration from Viking Age ornamentation and traditional Nordic craftsmanship.

The knife forms a harmonious whole, where stabilized curly birch, ancient mammoth ivory, pewter, Damascus steel and leather complement one another beautifully.

A unique piece of knife-making craftsmanship, where more than 10,000 years of natural history meet Nordic craft traditions. A knife created with care, respect for the materials and attention to the finest details.
